So the new band is called False Positive. Had a first practice this weekend. Not bad for a first try.
Headed to Silvertone Mastering on Tuesday for an initial listening session with mastering guru Larry DeVivo. Final mastering scheduled for mid august with tentative release date of Oct 2010. Going to be a busy month of fixing and mixing.

Yes it is true. The 12 songs that will be on the album are all recorded in their final arrangements. Many have been record 5-8 times during this process. But the prodigal songs have all returned and their father is pleased. That said, this birth has been long and arduous. Sure there will be changes and overdubs and noises to come.
